Dale A. Rayman is a veteran healthcare services executive and actuary with over 40 years of experience in strategic planning, financial modeling, and performance measurement.
As a senior consultant for 27 years at Willis Towers Watson, he led actuarial teams serving major employers including UPS, The Home Depot, and Verizon. His expertise spans actuarial consulting, product pricing, analytics, and health management strategy — all focused on improving outcomes and delivering measurable value. He later served as Chief Actuary at Zipongo and Sharecare.
Dale holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Statistics from the University of Waterloo, a Master of Health Administration from Georgia State University, and professional actuarial designations.
Sean McCluskey
Sean McCluskey is a healthcare growth executive and advisor with deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, enterprise sales, and partnership development across payers, employers, PBMs, and providers.
As a former P&L leader at a national insurer's population health and analytics division, Sean drove commercial expansion and launched national-scale value-based capabilities, achieving over 30% year-over-year growth. His team delivered personalized, behavior-changing insights and clinical quality programs to more than 40 million members across 700+ accounts.
He holds a B.S. in Automation & Engineering from Waterford Institute of Technology and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Sam Anderson
Sam Anderson is an engineer, data scientist, and SaaS founder with experience building mission-critical hardware and software systems in mining, oil & gas, carbon measurement, proteomics, and healthcare.
Early in his career, he worked as an engineer at Encana, Hatch, and De Beers Group, advising on $100M+ capital projects in the resource sector. He later founded and served as CEO of CarbonGraph, a leading Life Cycle Assessment platform for measuring environmental impacts across complex supply chains.
At RestoringROI, Sam applies his systems development expertise to healthcare analytics and ROI modeling. He holds a B.A.Sc. in Mathematics and Engineering from Queen's University and an M.S. in Data Science Engineering from UCLA.
